Students and Staff at Youth Radio’s Los Angeles Bureau are entering the blog-o-sphere slowly but surely. We hope this space will provide you with an alternative vision of the stereotypical Los Angeles you see in movies. Our beats include health, the environment, immigration, education, and queer community issues – among others, and we’re also home to Radio Juventud – Youth Radio’s Spanish-language program.
This Blog will provide you with behind-the-scenes looks at our radio productions, additional analysis in connection to the stories we cover, creative tours of Los Angeles diverse and dynamic neighborhoods, as well as a window into the off-the-beaten-path happenings, gatherings and movements of young people in the City of Angels.
